Dog Owners Training Club of Lynchburg has been offering

dog training classes to the public in Lynchburg since 1979.

The classes are taught by experienced volunteer dog trainers.

We are a not-for-profit club that welcomes you to join us.

We offer three 8 week obedience/rally training sessions each year.

Winter: January-February Spring: March-May Fall: late August - Oct

Our classes are held indoors at the Boonsboro Ruritan Club

1499 Coffee Rd, Lynchburg from 6-7 or 7-8 PM or 8-9 PM

Our Fall obedience and rally classes will
run from August 27 - October 15.

Here are the classes that will be offered this Fall, listed in increasing difficulty.

STAR PUPPY (4 months to 1 year) Registration

Completion of Level 2 is required for the following classes.

CGC Preparation (Weeks 1-4; CGC test on Sept 17)

Therapy Dog Preparation and Test (Weeks 5-8; Test on Oct 29)

Introduction to Open Obedience (introducing the dumbbell, drop on recall, retrieving, jumping)
